Bedroom Decoration: Simple, Soft and Feminine

In a few weeks, I will be decorating my bedroom.  I want my bedroom to reflect warmth and comfort, a place for me to relax and rejuvenate after a long day at work. As a result, I am going for elegant, simple and feminine.

While I love bright colors, I  have decided on a neutrals soft pastel palette to go with the relaxing vibe I want to create.




I may incorporate key accent pieces to add splashes of color like the yellow chair in this photo.


I've always liked the look of crisp white furniture and bedding n the bedroom. 

 I'll definitely let you guys know what I decided to do once I'm all done.

    thanks for sharing these pictures on your blog. I've been doing some redecorating on my grad student budget (lol), and i love how these rooms feel light, but chic!

    You're welcome lady! Walmart, target and Overstock are great places to look for household items and decorative pieces when you're working on a budget ;)
